Hauser Recruiting is working exclusively with a high-end consulting firm in Berlin, offering a superb opportunity to an aspiring Office Manager.

With an international team based in vibrant, stunning offices in Berlin, you will take on a variety of tasks, encompassing full office management duties, events planning, light-touch EA support to the Directors & team, and general admin duties.

You must have worked in either a similar Office Manager role for an international firm, ideally from the financial or professional services sector, or come from a high-end hospitality background involving complex scheduling, administration & and customer service.

You must possess fluent German & advanced English to be considered for this role!

Key Responsibilities

The role is an exciting mix of a variety of duties, including the following:

Workplace Operations
  • Full responsibility for all office-related queries, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with building management, cleaning staff, security, and service providers to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Oversee desk assignments, access control, and visitor arrangements.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives in line with German regulations, including organising quarterly Health & Safety Committee.
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor and replenish kitchen and office supplies to ensure availability.
  • Floor walks to ensure full functionality
Culture & Events
  • Help plan and deliver employee events such as team offsites and wellness activities.
  • Play an active role in shaping and enhancing the Berlin office culture, working closely with global teams and counterparts.
Administrative Support
  • Support senior leaders with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials, agendas, and follow-ups are prepared.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts & optimise time management for leadership.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and on/off-boarding.
  • Format documents, input data, and help maintain internal systems.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in German, and able to communicate at business level in English, speaking and writing.

You must have a hands-on approach and confident style. Be someone who actively builds relationships across the different departments and indeed act as the “culture carrier” for the firm’s vibrant office.

You should ideally have worked in a similar role in a global firm, using your German & English daily.

It is strongly preferred to come from a professional or financial services firm, or a 5* hospitality background demonstrating exceptional varied business support and customer service.
