• Design, implement, and manage observability solutions to monitor the health and performance of systems and applications
• Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports providing actionable insights into system behavior and performance
• Use Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar tools to build comprehensive observability platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to observability and monitoring
• Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and standards for observability solutions
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate observability practices into the CI/CD pipeline
• Promote observability best practices and ensure consistent adoption across the organization
• Evaluate and implement new observability tools and technologies
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements

• Completed degree: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in modern observability, with a focus on cloud technologies and automation tools
• Experience working as a Senior Observability Engineer
• Proven experience designing and implementing observability solutions using open standards
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and/or PRTG
• Strong knowledge of cloud hypervisors, specifically Azure
• Previous software development experience is highly valued
• Experience with other monitoring and observability tools
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms and services
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Understanding of security best practices applied to observability
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
• Advanced or fluent English (preferred)
