Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Project Manager specializing in infrastructure to lead and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams. You will manage the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery, align with R&D and Client Implementations, and drive continuous improvement across work processes.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, review deliverables, and ensure risk mitigation while maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout all stages.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in a STEM-related field (Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline).
• 5+ years in information technology and enterprise-level project management.
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile software development practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead infrastructure-related projects and manage project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Assist teams with day-to-day workloads and issue resolution.
• Partner with R&D and Client Implementations to deliver client-centric projects.
• Improve work management processes for efficient delivery of infrastructure requests.
• Track hardware purchases through internal finance processes until final delivery.
• Report to the Project Management Lead and VP of Infrastructure.
• Review team deliverables before client handoff and mitigate conflicts.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents; assign resources.
• Maintain status documents and hold regular status meetings.

• Lead Infrastructure-related projects


• Assist teams with day-to-day workloads


• Partner with Research & Development and Client Implementations teams to deliver client-centric projects


• Contribute to continuous improvement of work management processes for efficient delivery of Infrastructure requests


• Track hardware purchases through internal finance processes through final delivery of equipment


• Report to the Project Management Lead and be accountable to the VP of Infrastructure


• Resolve and/or escape issues in a timely fashion


• Review team deliverables before they are passed to clients


• Mitigate team conflict and communication problems


• Define project scope, critical path, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management


• Create and execute project work plans and revise them as needed


• Develop full-scale project plans and communication documents, identifying resources and assigning/tracking responsibilities


• Maintain project status documents and hold regular status meetings


• Motivate the team and track and share lessons learned


• Define, document, and apply Cotiviti methodology and enforce project standards


• Maintain complete, current, and properly stored project documents


• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures


• Minimize project exposure and risk and identify opportunities for improvement


• Complete annual Performance Plan responsibilities and assigned special projects

Requirements

• BS degree in a STEM related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or technically related discipline


• 5+ years experience in information technology and enterprise level project management


• Certification in project management (PMI, PMP) or equivalent experience


• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, SCRUM and agile software development practices


• Proven experience in management, planning, risk assessment and mitigation, and change control


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meetings in a fast paced environment with internal and external teams


• Experience managing project life cycle from initial proof of concept through approval, development, delivery and implementation


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills


• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders outside the team, facilitating issue and risk resolution


• Excellent oral and written skills


• Ability to perform daily functions with little or no direct supervision


• Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area


• Ability to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance
