Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide telemedicine and on-demand care, documenting patient interactions in EMR and following triage protocols. The role covers coordination of orders and troubleshooting technology to ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Requirements include an ADN, active RN license with multistate privileges, 2+ years of clinical experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Overnight shifts are four days per week, ET time.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service and virtual care via live messaging, video, phone, or email.
• Document patient interactions in the EMR.
• Follow clinically validated triage protocols.
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and other care tasks.
• Troubleshoot technology with patients and ensure seamless call-center experience.
• Assist in identifying technology needs to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Complete basic nursing responsibilities and outpatient testing as assigned.
• Shift availability: overnight 10:45pm–9:45am Eastern Time, four days per week on rotating days; every other weekend.

• Provide customer service and virtual care through live messaging, video, phone, and/or email
• Document patient interactions in the EMR
• Follow and apply clinically validated triage protocols
• Ensure high-quality customer service for patients and providers
• Complete basic nursing responsibilities, outpatient testing, medications, and related tasks
• Troubleshoot technology with patients
• Ensure a seamless patient call center experience
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and other aspects of patient care
• Work on projects to optimize operational efficiency and improve the telemedicine experience
• Assist in identifying technology needs that improve patient experience
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical/bedside hospital setting is required
• Active, unencumbered RN license issued by the state where you reside, with compact/multistate privileges, is required
• Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Hands-on RN experience in ER/ED, ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, Med-Surg, Oncology, and/or Float is highly preferred
• Bilingual ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a major plus
