Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Communicate with customers, reviewers, physicians, office staff, and management to ensure delivered reports meet client deadlines.
• Complete and ensure clinical accuracy of physician reports.
• Provide regular report status updates to clients.
• Evaluate reports against client and jurisdictional standards.
• Ensure clinical rationale supports physician determinations.
• Clarify ambiguous report questions with clients.
• Distribute final reports according to client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate clarification and addendum requests.
• Participate in client calls or meetings when reports are in question.
• Follow up on missing referral information.
• Work with physicians to answer client questions and support clinical rationale.
• Provide verbal or written feedback and clarification requests to physicians.
• Obtain physician approval, confirmation, and signature for final reports.
• Review reports for data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Ensure state reporting requirements and client formats are met.
• Follow client handling instructions for report completion and delivery.
• Provide oversight to team members as needed.
• Improve processes to enhance turnaround time and client satisfaction.
• Provide final approval for case release to clients.
• Coordinate quality issue reports with VP of Clinical Operations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
