Lead high-impact IT projects from start to finish. Drive implementations and migrations for HR, Procurement, ISMS, CRM, and more. Manage vendor selection and TPRM assessments, coordinate with business owners, and ensure smooth handover to operations. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver all internal IT projects, including system implementations, migrations, and process improvements
• Support business IT initiatives for our core SaaS platform when required, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful handover to operations (BPO and IT Application Manager)
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to gather and define requirements for new tools and services
• Conduct vendor assessments (RFPs) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) evaluations; select suitable partners in coordination with business owners
• Drive implementation projects with external service providers or integration partners, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Manage projects for introducing key enterprise services such as HR, Procurement, ISMS, TPRM, Marketing, CRM, Invoicing, and Controlling platforms
• Oversee migration projects for existing systems, ensuring data integrity and minimal business disruption
• Apply best practices in project management, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for transparency and governance
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security guidelines throughout all project phases
• Support for customer RFP and TRPM requests with IT security and IT compliance information

Your Profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in SaaS environments and enterprise system implementations
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools
• Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiation, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within scope, time, and budget
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge IT and business requirements
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and security principles
• Hands-on experience with migration projects and change management processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proactive and results‑oriented mindset
