What You’ll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience within a Travel Management Company.
• 5–10 years' sales experience, including sales leadership experience.
• A proven track record selling to and winning large, multi-national accounts, with the ability to shape client-specific solutions.
• Extensive client-facing experience on a global scale, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within large global organizations, and a strong grasp of how to drive and communicate client value.
• B2B business development and sales, with strength in executive relationship management.
• Familiarity with the Challenger sales model.
• Experience implementing global expansion, with clear written and verbal communication skills for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Confident with Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%; experience working in a virtual office environment is a plus.
