Military Training Expert (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Supporting project teams in the creation/preparation of digital training materials
• Collaborating on the product line, contributing to product features and roadmaps based on experience gained from training activities
• Actively pursuing new technologies, their application in training, and training concepts of the future
• Aligning training with national or international standards and certifications
• Conducting training on mobility and capability carriers
• Conducting training courses using modern hardware and software in digital microwave radio management
• Performing maintenance and servicing of hardware and software
• Creating plans for conducting individual training sections
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the training courses conducted
• Further developing training materials and performance reviews
• Assisting the training manager in further developing training planning and design

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a comparable field, or successfully completed technical training with further training as a state-certified technician
• IHK trainer certification, train-the-trainer training, or a state diploma
• Knowledge and experience in creating training materials for conducting individual training sections (intended sequences, common thread, or similar)
• Many years of experience in training, preferably with a military background
• Many years of service at the Cyber and Information Space Training Center or comparable military institutions desirable
• Strong presentation and moderation skills
• Intercultural skills and experience, e.g. from field experience, desirable
• Willingness to travel on business
• Class C driver's license desirable
