M&A Associate/Senior Associate – Boutique Advisory, Frankfurt

We are supporting M&A advisory boutiques with a strong track record in the tech, industrials, defense and energy sectors, advising mid to large cap clients across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting financial analysis and valuation work (DCF, LBO, comparables, etc.)
• Preparing presentations, teasers, and information memoranda for clients and investors
• Assisting in the execution of live mandates (buy-side, sell-side, growth capital)
• Building and maintaining financial models, carrying out market and company research

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or BA from a top university
• 2-4 years of experience in M&A (investment bank, boutique, or Big 4 corporate finance)
• Solid technical skills and basic financial modelling knowledge
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Native or full professional German and professional English required
