The central marketing team is dedicated to marketing world‑class enterprise IT solutions across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self‑motivated, and dedicated marketing associate to join our Europe marketing team and work on innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a data‑driven approach and be hands‑on in executing marketing initiatives.
The candidate should be open to travel (domestic and international) and may have to collaborate across global time zones occasionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies and best practices to drive effective marketing initiatives.
- Write high‑quality, tailor‑made SEO web content, design and implement email marketing campaigns, and analyse data for continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for channel partners to support their business requirements and share best practices.
- Conceptualise effective advertisements with compelling copy to create brand awareness, promote loyalty, and improve recall.
- Develop content for blogs, thought leadership articles, and industry stories; liaise with the PR team to publish it in the right mediums. Also produce creative infographics, corporate presentations, webinars, and videos.
- Localise global content to fit regional contexts, including repurposing existing materials, translating English content into German, and reviewing translated content.
- Design and implement co‑marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions with channel partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and training sessions to educate and engage potential customers and channel partners. Track and analyse marketing performance using data‑driven insights to refine strategies.
- Identify and engage with prospective end‑user and reseller communities to open new business avenues.
- Create and distribute sales enablement materials for the sales team and channel partners, including sales decks, product brochures, email templates, and case studies.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on all relevant social media platforms through strategic content planning and execution.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to keep our channel marketing efforts competitive.
Requirements
- 3‑5 years of relevant work experience in sales/channel enablement and regional marketing. Experience in B2B/high‑tech products/services is preferred.
- Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages, including email, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven experience writing high‑quality blogs and articles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German (for content creation, translation, and collaboration).
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the online/digital marketing/advertising industry.
- At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience in the internet, software, media, and high‑tech industries.
- Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
