Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Развивать и обеспечивать единый бренд-профиль компании
• Разрабатывать и реализовывать годовой маркетинговый план
• Планировать и управлять бюджетом маркетинга и медиа совместно с руководством
• Разрабатывать B2B и B2C кампании, а также email-рассылки и новости
• Создавать печатные и рекламные материалы, презентации и промо‑подарки
• Организовывать фото- и видеопродакцию
• Управлять ребрендингом сайта и поддерживать сайт и порталы
• Координировать рекламу в печати, радиo, телевидении и онлайн совместно с PR-менеджером
• Оказывать маркетинговую поддержку продажам, конгрессам и мероприятиям

Описание: Estrel, with 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants and three bars, a multifunctional Congress Center, and Berlin's most successful live show, "Stars in Concert", is Europe's largest hotel, congress and entertainment center. With 1,200 events annually, Estrel holds a leading position as a congress and event venue. A team of 550 employees from 23 nations serves our national and international guests and customers. The Estrel Tower is currently under construction and will expand the "Estrel World" by the end of 2026.

Задачи:

• Develop and ensure a consistent brand presence
• Create and implement the annual marketing plan
• Plan and manage the marketing and media budget together with management
• Develop B2B and B2C campaigns, as well as email marketing and newsletters
• Create print and advertising materials, presentations, bid books, and promotional gifts
• Organize and coordinate photo and video productions
• Manage the website relaunch project and continuously maintain the website and online portals
• Coordinate print, radio, TV, and online advertising in collaboration with the PR Manager
• Provide marketing support for Sales and Convention & Event, and support customer events

Требования:

• Completed degree or equivalent training in marketing, communications, hospitality, tourism, or event management
• Several years of marketing experience, ideally in a hotel, congress center, or event venue
• Very good understanding of the hotel, congress, or event industry and its B2B and B2C target groups
• Experience in budget planning, campaign management, and working with agencies
• Confident use of digital marketing, CMS, email marketing, and reporting tools
• Strategic, creative, and at the same time hands-on approach to work
• Strong communication skills and very good German and English skills
