XPENG in Germany is seeking a Marketing Intern to support events, activations and campaigns across the customer journey. This internship is ideal for students in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration looking for hands-on experience at a fast-growing EV tech company.

You will assist with planning, logistics and content creation, collaborate with agencies and internal teams, and gain exposure to XPENG's European growth while refining German and English communication skills.

Job Title: Marketing Intern - Germany

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, organization and execution of events, trade shows and brand activations
• Supporting event logistics, including locations, equipment, vehicles, service providers and giveaways
• Coordinating and communicating with agencies, event service providers, partners and internal teams
• Supporting the development of event concepts, presentations and briefings, as well as the follow-up and evaluation of events
• Supporting events on-site and ensuring their smooth execution
• Supporting the planning and implementation of further marketing initiatives and campaigns along the customer journey
• Assisting with the creation and preparation of marketing materials and the implementation of communication activities across various channels

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree, e.g. in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Media, Business Administration or a comparable field, and are looking for a mandatory internship
• You have a strong passion for events, marketing and innovative technologies
• You are organized, reliable and self-motivated, and can keep track of multiple tasks at the same time
• You are communicative, team-oriented and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders
• You are hands‑on and enjoy getting involved – including directly on-site at events
• You have a good sense for brands, trends and creative ideas
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is an advantage
• First experience in events, marketing or an agency environment is a plus, but not a must
• You are willing to travel occasionally for events and get actively involved on-site
