Job summary

Freudenberg FST GmbH in Görwihl, Germany seeks an engineer to drive process innovations and the development of cost-efficient production methods. You will support the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and optimize existing process flows to maintain very high quality standards.

The role requires experience in industrial manufacturing, familiarity with Six Sigma, strong cost awareness, and good IT/English skills; a structured, independent work style and assertive communication are

Qualifications

• Completed technical studies.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing processes, preferably elastomers/plastics.
• Experience in project work.
• Experience with Six Sigma and systematic testing is advantageous.
• Strong cost awareness and lean process optimization.
• Good IT and English skills.
• Structured, organized, and independent work style.
• Good communication and assertiveness.
