Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in global project management, ideally with Lean Management or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP), KPI frameworks and data visualization tools, with a strong focus in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of process management, standardization, and digital workflow design.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong English communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
• Willingness to travel combined with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style.
