• Continuous monitoring of service operations KPIs, reporting on stability, and driving preventative incident mitigation.
• Technical coordinator and primary interface between customer IT units and external managed service desk providers.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in IT Service Management (ITSM) and operations within regulated or enterprise corporate settings.
• Certified in ITIL Framework (ITIL v4 Foundation or higher).
• Technical understanding of modern monitoring/observability tools and ticketing workflows.
• Professional communicator fluent in both German and English.
