Horst Jung GmbH sucht einen Fertigungstechniker (Fräsen) zur eigenständigen Einrichtung und Programmierung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen. Sie arbeiten an Großbauteilen, prüfen Maße und verbessern Programme.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der spanenden Fertigung.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert.
• Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Sauberkeit.
• Genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Bereitschaft zur Zwei-Schicht-Arbeit.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Einrichtung und Programmierung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen.
• Optimierung und Änderung bestehender CNC-Programme.
• Messung und Dokumentation von Bauteilen auf Maßhaltigkeit.
• Selbstständiges und sicheres Arbeiten mit Gesamtüberblick.
• Wartung und Inspektion der Maschinen.

Machining Technician - Milling / CNC Milling Operator (m/f/d)

If you're not afraid of large-scale projects and precision- even when dealing with heavy loads-is a matter of honor for you, then we're looking for you to join our team as a Machining Technician (Milling) / CNC Miller (m/f/d)

• Independent setup and programming of CNC milling machines
• Optimizing and modifying existing CNC programs
• Checking and documenting manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy
• Working independently and safely with an overall view
• Performing maintenance and inspection tasks on the machines
  

What you should bring:

• Successfully completed training as a machining technician
• Very good knowledge of machining production, ideally in single-part production of large components
• Several years of professional experience are desirable
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and cleanliness
• Precise and thorough working style
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
