Job summary

Reimann Industrietechnik GmbH in Passau seeks a skilled CNC specialist to independently set up, operate and monitor CNC machines, turning, milling and grinding components. You will read technical drawings, select and change tools, and ensure quality with in-process inspections.

This is a permanent full-time role (40 h/week) in a two-shift operation with night/weekend allowances. You will work with modern machines, enjoy short decision paths, friendly teams and thorough onboarding plus

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in machining or industrial mechanics.
• Experience in CNC machining (turning, milling or grinding).
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when required.
• Careful, quality-conscious and independent way of working.
• Technical understanding, manual skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up, operating and monitoring CNC machine tools.
• Machining components by turning, milling and/or grinding.
• Selecting, preparing and changing tools and clamping devices.
• Carrying out dimensional and quality inspections during and after machining.
• Reading and implementing technical drawings and work documents.
• Optimising machining processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Servicing and maintaining machines within the scope of the assignment.
• Close cooperation with production planning and manufacturing.

• Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when required
• Careful, quality-conscious and independent way of working
• Technical understanding, manual skills and the ability to work in a team
