Inka System GmbH in Germany seeks a CNC specialist to set up and operate CNC milling machines, producing challenging parts and small series.

You will create and optimise NC programs, perform 3D programming via CAD/CAM, select tools, and ensure quality while maintaining machines. A permanent position is offered with a willingness to work in shifts.

• CNC training or a comparable qualification is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines to produce challenging individual parts and small series.
• Creating and optimising NC programs for complex components.
• 3D programming of demanding projects via a CAD/CAM system.
• Selecting the right tools for special machining operations.
• Independent quality assurance of the manufactured parts.
• Independent servicing and maintenance of the machines.
• Training as a CNC specialist, CNC miller, precision mechanic, cutting machine operator, or a comparable qualification.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
