Job summary

Die ausgeschriebene Position umfasst die eigenständige Bedienung moderner CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen, das Programmieren sowie das Dokumentieren von Fertigungsprozessen gemäß technischen Zeichnungen.

Sie bringen mehrjährige CNC-Erfahrung, Expertise mit Fanuc/Heidenhain und Sorgfalt in Mess- und Qualitätsprüfungen mit. Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Perspektiven für Weiterbildung und langfristige Zusammenarbeit werden geboten.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in CNC-Drehen und/oder CNC-Fräsen.
• Erfahrung im Rüsten, Programmieren und Einrichten von Maschinen mit Fanuc/Heidenhain.
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung in Mess- und Qualitätsprüfung, Oberflächen- und Toleranzbewertung.
• Eigenverantwortliche, präzise Arbeitsweise; gutes Deutsch.

Responsibilities

• Individuelle Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betrieb moderner CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen.
• Programmieren, Optimieren und Dokumentieren von CNC-Programmen und Bauteilen.
• Fertigung hochwertiger Präzisionsteile nach technischen Zeichnungen, inklusive Qualitätsprüfung.
• Durchführung von Maß-, Form- und Sichtprüfungen mit Messmitteln.
• Wartung, Pflege und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der CNC-Maschinen.

• Independently setting up, configuring, and operating modern CNC lathes and CNC milling machines
• Programming, optimizing, and documenting CNC programs and new parts
• Manufacturing of high-precision workpieces based on technical drawings, including quality control
• Conducting dimensional, geometric, and visual inspections using mechanical and optical measurement technology
• Maintenance, Care, and Preventive Maintenance of CNC Machines

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a machining technician (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d), or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
• Experience in setting up, configuring, and programming CNC machines with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls
• Proficient use of measurement technology, quality control, and the evaluation of surfaces and manufacturing tolerances
• An independent, precise, and quality-conscious work style, as well as a good command of German
• Ideally, you should have experience with the following machines: Star SR-20R4 Type B with Fanuc Series 31i Model B5, Willemin-Macodel 408MT with Fanuc control, Escotec automatic lathes with Fanuc control, and Kern Micro with Heidenhain control
