Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Identify, analyze, and prioritize areas for quality improvement within logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. \* Develop and implement data-driven strategies and action plans to address identified quality gaps and inefficiencies. \* Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis. \* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics quality, track progress of improvement initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders. \* Conduct regular audits and assessments of logistics processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential risks. \* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, technology, customer service) and external partners to optimize end-to-end logistics quality. \* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among logistics personnel. \* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics quality management. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
