With a competitive salary, great locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to take on meaningful challenges, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry.**About The Team**You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Responsibilities \* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reverse logistics specialists, fostering a positive and productive work environment. \* Manage daily operations of the reverse logistics department, including receiving, inspection, sorting, processing, and disposition of returned products. \* Implement and enforce quality control procedures for returned items, ensuring accurate assessment and categorization. \* Optimize reverse logistics workflows and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize turnaround times. \* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, quality assurance, warehousing) to streamline return processes and resolve issues. \* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse logistics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. \* Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards related to product handling and disposal. \* Identify and implement best practices in reverse logistics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. \* Manage inventory of returned goods and coordinate with relevant teams for refurbishment, resale, or responsible disposal. \* Handle escalated customer inquiries or complex return scenarios. Job Qualifications \* Proven experience (3+ years) in a leadership or supervisory role within a reverse logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment. \* Strong understanding of reverse logistics principles, processes, and best practices. \* Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff. \* Demonstrated ability to optimize operations and improve efficiency. \* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. \* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. \* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of the organization. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \* High level of attention to detail and accuracy. \* Fluency in German and English is highly preferred.
