Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Logistics Quality Improvement specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives across JD.com’s extensive logistics network, ensuring operational excellence and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize areas for quality improvement within logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last‑mile delivery.
• Develop and implement data‑driven strategies and action plans to address identified quality gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics quality, track progress of improvement initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of logistics processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, technology, customer service) and external partners to optimize end‑to‑end logistics quality.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among logistics personnel.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics quality management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a proven track record in quality improvement or process optimization roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated experience with quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce logistics operations and challenges is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
