JD.com’s JINGDONG Logistics division seeks an Operation Support Specialist to assist in ensuring smooth e-commerce and logistics operations. This role provides essential support to multiple teams, resolves issues, and contributes to process optimization.

Based at Kasseler Str. 35418, Buseck, you will collaborate with logistics, IT, and customer service to improve workflows and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in operations support, admin, or coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication in Chinese and German.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track operational metrics and escalate issues.
• Provide first-line support for inquiries and incidents.
• Document and maintain procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and IT to resolve bottlenecks.

Job Summary

The Operation Support Specialist at JD.com plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our e‑commerce and logistics operations. This position acts as a critical link, providing essential support to various operational teams, resolving issues, and contributing to the optimization of processes.

• Provide first‑line support for operational inquiries, requests, and incidents from internal teams and external partners.
• Document and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, IT) to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support operational decision‑making.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new operational tools, systems, and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as required by operational leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in an operations support, administrative, or coordination role.

• Effective communication skills in Chinese, and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Work experience in e‑commerce or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with operational software or systems (e.g., WMS, CRM) is a plus.
