• Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound/outbound shipments, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Operate and maintain forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service to ensure order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory.
• Resolve operational issues and employee conflicts promptly.
