About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the introduction, evaluation, and management of local transportation carriers, and establishing an evaluation system.
• Responsible for contract execution management and service term fulfillment supervision, promoting the improvement of carrier service capabilities and stability.
• Establish and manage a transportation SLA system (a management framework of "service standards + indicators + rules + monitoring + assessment mechanism").
• Third-party transportation anomaly and risk management; develop contingency plans and mechanisms for operational risks such as weather, strikes, holidays, and road restrictions to ensure the stability and recoverability of critical routes.
