• Inventory Management & Process Optimization: Refine inventory management workflows, deploying strategic inventory policies to enhance accuracy and turnover rates. Reduce holding costs while ensuring seamless logistics operations and precise inventory data integrity.
• Team Leadership & Capability Development: Guide the team toward achieving business objectives, designing training programs to elevate team competencies. Foster a positive work environment to boost overall productivity and efficiency.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to ensure information transparency and operational synergy. Develop and implement corrective actions to address warehousing challenges, driving continuous process enhancements.
