JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Quality Improvement specialist to drive continuous improvement across its extensive logistics network. The role focuses on operational excellence and customer satisfaction within warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in logistics or operations with quality improvement experience, and strong data-analysis skills using Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI.
