Job summary

JD Logistics in Berlin is seeking a Data Monitoring and Store Operations professional to join our fast-moving team. You will monitor sales, costs, and customer feedback, analyzing abnormal indicators and proposing improvements.

You will supervise store inspections, ensure standardized processes, and support new store openings. You’ll coordinate with headquarters, marketing, and supply chain to allocate resources for promotions and store activities.

Responsibilities

• Data Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key store data such as sales, costs, and customer complaints, analyze abnormal indicators and propose improvement plans.
• Store Operation Supervision: Conduct store inspections, hands-on guidance, and new store support to ensure standardized processes and inventory management.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ, marketing, and supply chain to allocate resources for promotions and store activities.
• Training and Empowerment: Develop training plans for store staff on sales techniques, service standards, and system operations.
• Cost and Performance Management: Monitor cost expenditures, optimize resource allocation and analyze financial reports to hit regional targets.
• Market Research and Feedback: Collect competitive intelligence and customer needs to support store strategy adjustments.

Address issues such as product display and inventory management to ensure operational compliance and enhance customer satisfaction.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with headquarters, marketing, and supply chain departments to allocate resources and support store activities (e.g., promotions, cross-industry collaborations).
