Responsibilities

1. Accountable for regional delivery projects with one-stop logistics services, manage logistics performance capacity are needed and able to ensure that goods arrive to customers safely, timely and accurately.
2. Responsible for the collection and integration of local supplier resources, evaluation of supplier capabilities, and establishment of supplier resource pool.
3. Responsible for the management of daily operation and performance of logistics suppliers, including performance management, service quality management, etc.
4. Establish a standardized system of warehousing and transportation to improve operational efficiency.
5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily logistics performance and provide logistics solutions to meet customers\' needs.
6. Delivered solution for the pain points of front-line logistics performance and improve customer satisfaction with logistics service.
7. Continuously optimize logistics mode, consider about logistics nodes, refine operation process, reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Experience: 3-5 years or above working experience in logistics.
2. Experience in logistics supplier management, monitoring KPI and daily warehouse/transportation operation. Familiar with the local logistics market and logistics resources, the logistics pain points and needs of 3C electronic communication enterprises.
3. Good customer service awareness, strong communication skills, good multitasking skills are preferred.
4. Fluent in English, German and Chinese
5. Good data analysis and logical thinking skills; proficient in computer operations, such as MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word); knowledge of WMS/TMS is preferred.
6. Accepts long-term assignment, and the work location will be assigned by the company.
7. Strong logical analysis ability. Strong organization and coordination ability. With logistics project management or overseas work experience is preferred.
