Orizon GmbH is seeking a Logistics FAL (Final Assembly Line) Coordinator for Airbus Operations at Hamburg/Finkenwerder. You will secure fast material solutions, balance daily workload across shifts, and monitor shipping dates with Procurement and Logistics teams.

The role requires industrial engineering or related studies, several years of logistics experience, SAP and Google Workspace proficiency, and fluent German and English. This is an on-site position with multiple Hamburg-area offices.

• Knowledge of warehouse information systems and logistics regulations

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Logistics FAL (Final Assembly Line) Coordinator (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible to secure the fastest material solution in collaboration with different functions


• Balance and prioritise the daily workload within the respective shift


• Closely monitor estimated shipping dates with Procurement, Supply Chain and Aircraft Maintenance Operations


• Track and trace critical part shipments and expedite delivery to required point of usage


• Prepare and contribute to all relevant day-to-day routines to ensure transparent and effective communication


• Participate in a daily production monitoring meeting


• Report on production progress and parts availability


• Manage work orders while starting from completion


• Manage components, including missing parts and logistical distribution


• Coordinate nonconformity, delivery issues, lost parts with other departments


• Manage outstanding logistics flows, and internal/ external transfer of responsibility

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable


• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, Customer Service and Process Improvement


• Experience in the preparation of shipping documents and return logistics


• Good knowledge of warehouse information systems and logistics regulations


• Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace


• Fluent German and English skills spoken and written


• Willingness to work in shifts (two shifts with weekly rotation)
