Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht am Standort Hamburg/Finkenwerder eine/n Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/w/d) im Beschaffungswesen. Sie koordinieren Lieferungen von BFE/SFE Kabinenausstattung zusammen mit der Final Assembly Line und dem Airbus Delivery Center.

Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain/Logistik oder eine technische Fachrichtung mit, verfügen über relevante Berufserfahrung, SAP- und Google Workspace-Kenntnisse sowie fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Supply Chain / Logistics oder vergleichbar.
• Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Aircraft Construction und Line Side Support.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Kabinenausstattung/Interior Design wünschenswert.
• Sehr gute SAP- und Google Workspace-Kenntnisse.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch verhandlungssicher.

Responsibilities

• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Kabinenausstattung in enger Abstimmung mit der Final Assembly Line und dem Airbus Delivery Center (ADC).
• Risikominderung, Umsetzung von Abhilfemaßnahmen und Steuerung von Recovery-Plänen.
• Teilnahme an regelmäßigen operativen Meetings und Erstellung von Berichten/KPIs.
• Bearbeitung aller Kabinen-offenen Arbeiten mit den lokalen On-Site-Teams; Eskalation bei Sperrungen.
• Identifikation systemischer Probleme und Initiierung von Eindämmungs- und Beseitigungsmaßnahmen.
• Funktion als Ansprechpartner für BFE/SFE-Lieferanten gemäß gültigen Verfahren.
• Sicherstellung der Prozessadhärenz unserer Lieferanten zur Kundenzufriedenheit.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer you are acting as Cabin FAL Interface Front Office (m/f/d) as part of the Procurement Organization at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder. In this position you will manage all issues related to deliveries of BFE and SFE (Buyer Furnished Equipment and Seller Furnished Equipment) cabin equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring availability for cabin furnishing in close collaboration with Final Assembly Line and Airbus Delivery Center (ADC)
• Mitigating risks, implementing corrective actions and driving recovery plans
• Joining operational meetings regularly to provide full transparency through reports and key performance indicators
• Managing all cabin outstanding work activities with the local on-site support teams whereas blocking items need to be escalated to the respective supplier homebase
• Identifying systematic issues and trigger containment and eradication actions
• Being the focal point for BFE and SFE supplier management according to valid procedures
• Ensure process adherence of our suppliers to support customer satisfaction in terms of cabin

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, a Technical field or comparable
• Professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistic, Supplier Management, Aircraft Construction and Line Side Support
• Experience in the field of cabin or interior design desirable
• Advanced skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and good English skills spoken and written
• Willingness to work on a 2-shift schedule. Every 3–4 weeks, there is a shift change from 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
