Orizon GmbH is seeking an Inbound Process & Performance Manager for Airbus Operations in Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel. You will analyze and improve inbound and inventory processes in collaboration with the logistics provider.

You will ensure safety, quality and performance, define recovery measures, and shape the setup across Satair sites in Hamburg as part of the logistics transformation. Fluency in English and German is required and experience in logistics is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, Warehouse Logistics, Supplier Management, Process Planning and Process Improvement.
• Good knowledge in Lean Management and Change Management.
• Basic knowledge in Total Quality Management.
• Good user skills in SAP R/3.
• Skills in Google Workspace are a plus.
• Fluent English and German skills spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and improve inbound and inventory processes with the logistics service provider at operational and tactical levels.
• Ensure high safety standards, quality and performance.
• Define, implement, and follow up on recovery and improvement measures based on performance analysis and reporting.
• Develop layouts, processes, equipment and tools for inbound and inventory setup during the Hamburg logistics transformation at both Satair sites.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Logistics Service Providers and internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus.

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Inbound Process & Performance Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve the inbound and inventory process together with the logistics service provider at an operational and tactical level
• Ensure high safety standards, quality and performance
• Define, implement, and follow up on recovery and improvement measures based on in-depth performance analysis and reporting
• Develop the layouts, processes, equipment and tools of inbound and inventory setup along the logistics transformation in Hamburg in both Satair sites
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Logistics Service
• Providers as well as internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus

Your Profile:
