Orizon GmbH – Aviation is seeking a Process Industrialisation Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg/Finkenwerder for Airbus Operations. You will drive end-to-end operations, define audit concepts, and deploy surveillance across customer services to improve on-time and on-quality performance.

You will analyse data, create workflow control boards and work with Python, SQL, Pyspark, Looker Studio, and SAP while collaborating with key actors in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in Process Optimization, Quality Management, Project Management and IT.
• Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPM) is a plus.
• Good knowledge in Lean Management, Project Management, and Total Quality Management.
• Very good user skills in Python and SQL.
• Good skills in SAP and Google Workspace.
• Skills in Pyspark, SLATE, Apsheets, Skywise and GenAI technologies is a plus.
• Fluent English skills spoken and written.
• German or French skills are a plus.
• Travelling (1-2 a month within Europe).

• Defining and deploying a proper Audit concept with focus on On Time and On Quality.
• Defining and deploying a operational process surveillance within customer services.
• Analyzing data and defining Workflow Control Boards across Customer Services Processes, including coding such as Python, Pyspark, SQL, SLATE, Apsheets and Google Looker Studio.
• Performing data analysis to support compliance, performance increase and decision making processes based on quantification and clear facts and figures.
• Keeping a close contact to various key actors as well as within the complete support domain process community.
