Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht für den renommierten Kunden Airbus Operations einen Logistics FAL Coordinator (m/w/d) am Standort Hamburg/Finkenwerder. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld der FAL-Logistik und koordinieren Materialfluss, Teileversorgung und die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrial Engineering/Betriebswirtschaft/Supply Chain, mehrjährige Erfahrung in Logistik und Shipping-Dokumenten, SAP- und Google

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Industrial Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain/Logistics oder Vergleichbares.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain/Logistics, Customer Service und Prozessoptimierung.
• Erfahrung in Versanddokumenten und Retourenlogistik.
• Gute Kenntnisse von Lagerinformationssystemen und Logistikvorschriften.
• Gute SAP- und Google-Workspace-Kenntnisse.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (wechselnde Schichten).

Responsibilities

• Sorgen für schnelle Materiallösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Funktionen.
• Tages- workload priorisieren innerhalb der Schicht.
• Termine der Versanddaten mit Beschaffung, Supply Chain und Aircraft Maintenance Operations überwachen.
• Shipments tracken und beschleunigen bis Verwendungsort.
• Zu täglichen Routinen beitragen, klare Kommunikation sicherstellen.
• An einer täglichen Produktionsüberwachung teilnehmen.
• Fortlaufende Produktionsfortschritte und Teileverfügbarkeit berichten.
• Arbeitsaufträge von der Beginn- bis Abschlussphase verwalten.
• Komponenten verwalten, fehlende Teile und logistische Distribution.
• Nichtkonformität, Lieferprobleme, fehlende Teile mit anderen Abteilungen koordinieren.
• Ausstehende Logistikflüsse und interne/externe Verantwortungsübertragung managen.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Logistics FAL (Final Assembly Line) Coordinator (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible to secure the fastest material solution in collaboration with different functions
• Balance and prioritise the daily workload within the respective shift
• Closely monitor estimated shipping dates with Procurement, Supply Chain and Aircraft Maintenance Operations
• Track and trace critical part shipments and expedite delivery to required point of usage
• Prepare and contribute to all relevant day-to-day routines to ensure transparent and effective communication
• Participate in a daily production monitoring meeting
• Report on production progress and parts availability
• Manage work orders while starting from completion
• Manage components, including missing parts and logistical distribution
• Coordinate nonconformity, delivery issues, lost parts with other departments
• Manage outstanding logistics flows, and internal/ external transfer of responsibility

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, Customer Service and Process Improvement
• Experience in the preparation of shipping documents and return logistics
• Good knowledge of warehouse information systems and logistics regulations
• Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
• Willingness to work in shifts (two shifts with weekly rotation)
