Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Aircraft on Ground at Hamburg / Finkenwerder to coordinate material flow to Airbus. You will work with SAP and Google Workspace, ensuring timely orders and clear communication with suppliers.

The role requires business studies in logistics or related fields, plus experience in procurement and logistics. The position offers training, competitive pay, and relevant career development within the aerospace sector.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable.
• Professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Disposition / Material Procurement.
• Advanced user skills in SAP and Google Workspace; fluent English and advanced German.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials to Airbus and craft solutions for AOG situations.
• Ensure accuracy of supplier requirements and develop urgent solutions.
• Communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, analyze delays and recoveries.
• Participate in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes.
• Monitor supply chain performance and maintain regular supplier contact.
• Keep internal customers updated on order progress.
• Be available for on-call service.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Aircraft on Ground at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG situation
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
• Part of the on-call service

Your Profile:
