Zusammenfassung

sfm medical devices seeks a logistics-oriented specialist to handle a broad spectrum of warehouse and shipping tasks. The role covers ERP system transactions, goods receipt, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination, including the Czech facility.

Strong attention to detail and English communication are essential. Experience in medical devices or related industry, and SAP familiarity are preferred; a collaborative, process-driven environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented working style.
• Interest in the medical device industry
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Aufgaben

• Perform a wide range of inventory and warehouse transactions in the ERP system
• Process and record incoming goods and deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, returns, cancellations, and credit memos
• Manage logistics-related documentation, including customer documentation
• Handle transportation damage claims and related correspondence
• Coordinate and communicate with freight carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Manage shipping operations for our Czech production facility, including preparation of all required shipping documentation
• Support inventory counts and stock-taking activities
