Zusammenfassung

sfm medical devices is seeking an experienced cost accounting professional to perform and continuously improve cost and management accounting processes in a hybrid work setting in Germany.

You will analyze cost centers and objects, prepare variance analyses and management reports, and support monthly closings in line with HGB. Strong SAP S/4HANA and LucaNet knowledge is required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed business administration, accounting, or related commercial training with several years of cost accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and LucaNet is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, independent work style.
• High attention to detail and numbers-focused mindset.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform and continuously improve cost accounting and management accounting processes.
• Analyze, monitor, and maintain cost centers and cost objects.
• Prepare budget-to-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and management reports.
• Manage internal projects, particularly self-constructed fixed assets.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in accordance with HGB.
• Maintain, evaluate, and administer fixed asset records.
• Calculate and post depreciation entries and conduct fixed asset inventories.
• Reconcile asset accounts and prepare fixed asset reports and schedules.
• Perform fixed asset consolidations, including reconciliation and elimination of intercompany asset transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Controlling and participate in finance projects.
