DAHER sucht eine Fachkraft Lagerlogistik am Standort Hamburg. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Tracking von Lieferungen, Bestandszählungen und die Schnittstelle zu Produktion, Lieferanten und Transportunternehmen.

Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich im Warehouse-Umfeld, führen Zolldeklarationen durch und erstellen regelmäßige Berichte. Sie verfügen über eine einschlägige Ausbildung, gute SAP-/MS-Office-Kenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse Deutsch; Französisch ist von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Berufsbildung im Handel / Luftfahrt oder als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
• Gültiger deutscher Führerschein erforderlich
• Berufserfahrung im Logistik-/Lagerlogistik-Bereich
• Gute SAP- und MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel & Access)
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse Deutsch, Französisch vorteilhaft
• Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
• Teamplayer, Genauigkeit und Flexibilität

Responsabilités

• Wareneingang/Versand verfolgen und koordinieren zwischen Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Abteilungen
• Zählung und Koordination der Bestände
• Schnittstelle zu Produktion, Koordination, Lieferanten, Transporteuren und Kunden
• Ressourcen- und Lagermanagement (AOG, Ersatzteile, Inventar, Transportkoordination)
• Zollabfertigung in Europa, Asien und den USA
• Berichtserstellung (täglich/wöchentlich/monatlich) für interne/externe Kunden; Reklamationen bearbeiten
• SAP-Generierung von Wareneingängen und Fulfillment-Bestätigungen gemäß Qualitätsverfahren

YOUR TASKS

• Deliveries & shipments tracking and monitoring between suppliers, customers and internal departments included duty
• paid stuff.
• Cycle Count preparation and coordination according to the internal policies
• Interface with production, coordination, supplier, transport company and customers.
• -Management of chemicals (ordering, inventory, consumption check, etc.).
• Regularly perform inventory of warehouses and storage areas and track the data into the proper IT tool (database).
• Kitting & steering of Work Orders.
• Preparation of reports and communications (daily, weekly or monthly) for internal/external clients; complaints testing
• and processing, if required
• Generation of goods’ receipts in SAP and fulfillment confirmation under internal quality procedures
• Responsibility for all warehouse activities and general warehouse management (AOG management, spare parts,
• inventory, transport coordination and disposition, system and data maintenance, etc.)
• Carry out customs clearance (Europe), Asia and USA
• Weight lifting (up to 10kg) during transportation

Responsibilities and authority regarding QSE (quality, security environment)

• Ensure that the FOD and safety rules are fulfilled
• Wear the required PPE Apply the QSE Management System
• Maintain Warehouse in a clean state
• Handle chemical products according to health and safety rules
• Implement continuous improvement for the global logistic process

YOUR QUALIFICATION

• Vocational training in trade / aviation or as a specialist for warehouse management
• Applicants must hold a valid German driving license
• Professional experience in the field of logistics / warehouse logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS-Office (Excel & Access)
• Very good English skills, Basic German skills, French is advantage
