The Role

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who wants to get hands-on in a fast-growing, international scale-up. You won’t just be reviewing contracts — you’ll be shaping deals, supporting investor communication, making contracts both watertight and business-friendly, and building scalable legal processes and templates along the way.

Your main focus will be Corporate, Finance & M&A, but you’ll also get involved in contracts, compliance, regulatory topics, and the occasional litigation. Think of this as a role for a true all-rounder: part dealmaker, part legal ops builder, part business partner.

What You’ll Do

• Support M&A and financing deals, from structuring through to closing.
• Own the contract lifecycle: draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Back up our investor relations and corporate matters with sharp legal input.
• Build and scale legal structures, templates, and processes that grow with the business.
• Team up with external counsel on transactions, litigation and dispute resolution when needed.
• Stay on top of legal and regulatory developments so we’re always a step ahead.
• Turn complex legalese into clear, actionable business advice.

What You Bring

• Fully qualified German lawyer with a 4 plus years of experience (law firm or in-house).
• Strong track record in Corporate Law, Finance & M&A.
• Bonus if you’ve had exposure to legal operations, compliance, or litigation.
• Fluent English + business-level German (Berlin hub, global mindset).
