Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Real World Data products to partner with leadership, translate strategy into actionable plans, and drive end-to-end product delivery. You will own the backlog, coordinate releases, and ensure regulatory compliance across healthcare data initiatives.

The role demands strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, plus experience in Agile environments and business-case development.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Real World Data leadership and senior stakeholders to refine and execute the product roadmap.
• Translate product strategy into product vision, requirements, specifications, and execution plans.
• Define use cases and develop products for new customer segments with business, development, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Identify product requirements, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Contribute to business case development and return-on-investment analyses.
• Prepare presentations communicating strategic initiatives, business value, and technical concepts.
• Monitor emerging technologies, market trends, and innovations relevant to Real World Data products.
• Lead product development coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate release planning and delivery timelines with project and delivery teams.
• Clarify requirements and delivery expectations with technical teams, business partners, and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate decision-making, requirement validation, and workflow optimization discussions.
• Communicate product progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as the primary contact for product requirements, feature definition, and product-related inquiries.
• Oversee product documentation, requirements, and supporting materials.
• Verify products and features meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile methodologies and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 9 or more years of experience supporting data product development, product ownership, product management, or business analysis; or Associate degree with 7 or more years of such experience; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Life Sciences with 5 or more years of such experience
• 2 or more years using tools and methodologies supporting requirements management, backlog prioritization, or Agile workflows
• 2 or more years building products using Real World Data within the life sciences or healthcare industry
• 2 or more years using project lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• 2 or more years with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to Real World Data and Real World Evidence
• Knowledge of Real World Data, Real World Evidence, and the healthcare or life sciences industry
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy laws, AI governance principles, and related industry standards
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiencesStakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field with 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Preferred: 2 or more years contributing to business case development, product strategy, or product roadmap planning
• Preferred: 2 or more years working with healthcare, life sciences, clinical, laboratory, claims, or other real-world healthcare datasets
• Preferred: 2 or more years supporting Agile product development teams in a cross-functional environment
• Preferred: 2 or more years leveraging AI-enabled tools for product development, requirements management, or operational efficiency
