Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager focused on data analytics and healthcare reporting. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable client solutions and to drive data-driven product value for enterprise clients.

You will own reporting strategies across the lifecycle, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and Customer Success, and translate healthcare data into actionable insights that demonstrate client ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or data/analytics product experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable
• Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and data visualization
• Hands-on experience building and delivering B2B healthcare or population health reporting for enterprise clients
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, clinical and/or third-party data
• Experience using reporting to demonstrate and quantify client value/ROI
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for product discovery, data exploration, and problem-solving
• Experience with Tableau, Cognos, or similar Business Intelligence tools
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Monitor market, competitive, and operational data to identify product enhancement, growth, and client-value opportunities
• Create and own reporting strategies and roadmaps across the product lifecycle

• Manage the backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories aligned with company goals
• Develop scalable client reporting and data delivery solutions across standard, configurable/self-service, and custom reporting
• Lead client calls about reporting capabilities and upcoming enhancements
• Partner with Data teams to trace, validate, and reconcile data across source systems
• Perform data analytics for trend identification, initiative and program development, analytic-tool usage, and validation
• Translate complex healthcare data into scalable, trusted client solutions

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and delivering B2B healthcare or population health reporting for enterprise clients
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, clinical and/or third-party data
• Experience using reporting to demonstrate and quantify client value/ROI
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for product discovery, data exploration, and problem-solving
• Experience with Tableau, Cognos, or similar Business Intelligence tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize large datasets
• Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• SQL skills highly desired
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, Human Centered Design, or Lean UX is a bonus
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
