Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and lifecycle of our automated device install base, coordinating voice-of-customer insights, market assessments, and launch strategies.

You will support global SIOP demand planning for devices and consumables, translate market trends into actionable strategies, and partner across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical and Commercial teams to prioritize the next-generation portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of global product management experience.
• Exposure to both medical device or hardware products and software, IT, or data analytics solutions.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments (medical devices/diagnostics).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, HL7/FHIR, IEC 62304 or similar standards.
• Experience launching new products in regulated medical device environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to user feedback and insights.
• Ability to travel for customer visits and conferences.
• Experience in apheresis, transfusion medicine, pharma device, or transplant/oncology areas preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Multilingual or international commercial experience is a plus.

• Support market and ROI analyses and go-to-market readiness.
• Track product performance, adoption trends, and post-launch feedback.

• Support longer-term SIOP demand planning for devices and consumables via market and customer insights
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and unmet needs into actionable strategies supporting portfolio growth
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic vendors, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, Business Operations, and Commercial teams to define product requirements and prioritize the next-generation portfolio roadmap
• Convert voice-of-customer input from physicians, apheresis nurses, hospital procurement and IT teams, and internal stakeholders into clear, actionable user needs
• Lead the roadmap for a digital solution offering that captures treatment, device, and outcomes data across the global install base
• Define requirements for data architecture, system integrations, interoperability standards, cybersecurity, and data privacy compliance
• Collaborate with IT, software engineering, and QA/RA teams to ensure platform alignment with applicable medical device software standards
• Shape dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities for clinical customers and internal business partners
• Identify and collaborate with external partners for connectivity across LIS or HIS systems
• Serve as the internal product expert and voice-of-customer champion across R&D, Commercial, Business Operations, and Medical teams
• Support market and ROI analysis through market and disease-state assessments
• Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for launch readiness and market adoption
• Track and communicate product performance metrics, adoption trends, and post-launch customer feedback to inform portfolio decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of global product management experience
• Exposure to both medical device or hardware products and software, IT, or data analytics solutions
• Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or other regulated healthcare environments
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR, HL7/FHIR, IEC 62304, or similar frameworks
• Demonstrated experience supporting the global launch of a new product or platform in a regulated medical device environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and Commercial teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to evaluating user feedback, market insights, and analytics reports
• Ability to travel for customer visits, conferences, and cross-site collaboration
• Experience with apheresis, transfusion medicine, pharma device, or transplant/oncology therapeutic areas (preferred)
• Familiarity with agile/scrum software development methodologies (preferred)
• Multilingual or international commercial experience is a plus
