Jobtailor is seeking a Software Product Manager in Germany to lead cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, product managers, and lab operations. You will own the product roadmap, translate complex requirements into clear backlogs, and drive AI-assisted prototyping to validate ideas.

You will collaborate with stakeholders from healthcare IT and biotech to shape scalable enterprise software, balancing business needs with patient-centric outcomes, while delivering measurable product

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in software product management in healthcare IT or biotech.

• AI fluency and judgement about when to act as a builder.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas and teams.

• Own the product roadmap and backlog with all technical requirements
• Translate and document detailed use cases and software product requirements to drive prioritization and solution decisions

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software product management, ideally in the healthcare IT or biotech industry; genetic testing experience is a bonus
• Experience with Agile software development, working directly with engineering development and QA teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Experience building scalable enterprise software or business-critical systems
• Willingness and confidence to experiment hands-on with AI tools to create quick proof-of-concept prototypes
• BA/BS degree in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline or relevant experience
• Ability to understand and describe technical complexities in a simplified way for different audiences
