Jobtailor in Berlin is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain leader to develop and execute long-term strategies with the Supply Chain Director. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize stock levels, and drive cross-functional improvements across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

You will lead negotiations, ensure compliance, and advance sustainability initiatives using digital tools and new business models in a high-growth healthcare/pharma supply environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting.
• Detailed understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing, supplier management, logistics, planning, and fulfillment.
• Clear communication and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
• Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements or other business improvement opportunities.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare supply chain.
• Negotiation leadership experience within a supply chain procurement setting.
• Experience working in a high growth environment/scaleup.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and emerging supply chain technologies is a plus.
