Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, buying, or operations.
• Strong academic background from a commercial or technical programme (e.g. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar).
• Fluent English.
• Confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, including building and maintaining trackers, supplier data, and simple forecasts.
• Exposure to demand forecasting, inventory management, or ERP/warehouse-management systems is nice to have, not a dealbreaker.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (Claude, n8n, or similar), having actually built something.
• Comfortable picking up the phone to negotiate with suppliers and manage external partners.
• Highly detail-oriented and structured.
• Growth mindset and willingness to take on more responsibility quickly.

• Work directly with Lucia, the Supply Chain Manager, and have direct access to the founders
