NewGen is seeking a senior leader to drive Germany and DACH market entry, ownership of growth targets and the local team build. You will forge German brand partnerships, localise creative products, and collaborate with UK/US teams to expand client relationships across platforms.

The role demands a deep understanding of German creator culture, strong public-speaking skills, and willingness to travel within Germany and beyond. Berlin-based consideration preferred.

• Deep understanding of German social/creator culture vs UK/US markets.

Aufgaben

• Own NewGen's German and DACH market entry strategy, revenue targets and growth plan.
• Drive new business by identifying, pitching and winning German brand clients.
• Build a strong local pipeline.
• Expand existing international clients into Germany in collaboration with UK and US client teams.
• Represent NewGen through PR, speaking opportunities, industry events and trade press.
• Build a network of German creators, talent and platform partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch.
• Attend industry events including OMR, DMEXCO and Gamescom.
• Localise NewGen's propositions and creative product for German audiences, culture and platforms.
• Lay the foundations for a local team and office.
• Hire and lead the local team over time.
• Collaborate regularly with international teams across the UK, US, Copenhagen and Paris.

• Deep understanding of German social and creator culture and how it differs from UK/US markets
• Fluent in German and English
• Gaming experience is a big plus but not essential
• Germany-based, with Berlin preferred
• Willingness to travel across Germany/DACH and internationally as required
