NewGen is seeking a DACH/German Lead to own Germany expansion and lead market entry for the DACH region. You will drive new business, grow existing global clients in Germany, and build the NewGen brand with a strong local presence.

You will build a creator network across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch, engage key German brands, and shape local campaigns while laying the groundwork for a Berlin-based team and hybrid office setup.

NewGen is a social-first creator and influencer marketing agency with around 100 staff across Manchester, London, New York, Copenhagen and Paris.

We build campaigns and always-on social programmes for some of the world's biggest brands across gaming, consumer tech, FMCG, travel and entertainment, powered by our proprietary technology and a creator-first approach. Germany is one of our biggest growth priorities, and this role is the person who makes it happen.

The Role

You will own and lead NewGen's expansion into Germany and the wider DACH region. This is a rare opportunity to build a market from the ground up, with the backing of an established, fast-growing international agency behind you.

You will be NewGen's face in Germany: winning new business, growing our existing global clients into the market, and building the NewGen brand and reputation across the German industry.

What You'll Do

• Own NewGen's German and DACH market entry strategy, revenue targets and growth plan.
• Drive new business: identify, pitch and win German brand clients, building a strong local pipeline.
• Expand NewGen's existing international clients into Germany, working closely with our UK and US client teams.
• Represent NewGen externally through PR, speaking opportunities, industry events and trade press, building our profile and brand across the German market.
• Build a network of German creators, talent and platform partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitch to power local campaigns.
• Show up where the German industry gathers: OMR, DMEXCO, Gamescom and beyond.
• Localise NewGen's propositions and creative product for German audiences, culture and platforms.
• Lay the foundations for a local team and office as the market scales, and hire and lead that team over time.

Who You Are

• A proven new business winner in the influencer marketing, social or creative agency world, with a strong network of German brand-side marketers.
• A credible market builder: entrepreneurial, self-starting and comfortable being the first person on the ground.
• A natural ambassador who is confident on stage, in the press and in the room with senior clients.
• Deep understanding of German social and creator culture and how it differs from UK/US markets.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Gaming experience is a big plus but not essential. NewGen has a strong gaming vertical.

Office Location & Days

• Germany-based, with Berlin preferred
• Hybrid working
• Regular collaboration with NewGen's international teams across the UK, US, Copenhagen and Paris
• Travel across Germany/DACH and internationally as required
