Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG sucht eine:n Drehmaschinenführer:in (m/w/d) in Baden-Württemberg. Sie richten konventionelle Drehmaschinen ein, drehen Präzisionsteile nach Zeichnungen und wählen passende Werkzeuge sowie Spanneinrichtungen aus.

Sie arbeiten eigenständig, dokumentieren Fertigungsergebnisse und führen regelmäßig qualitätsrelevante Messungen durch. Deutschkenntnisse auf gutem bis sehr gutem Niveau sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder vergleichbar.
• Präzise Arbeitsweise und Genauigkeit bei der Fertigung.
• Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Eigenständiges Einrichten und Bedienen konventioneller Drehmaschinen.
• Herstellung einzelner Teile und Prototypen nach technischen Zeichnungen.
• Geeignete Werkzeuge und Spanneinrichtungen auswählen.
• Teile drehen und auf Maß nach Vorgaben fertigen.
• Regelmäßige qualitätsbezogene Messungen durchführen.
• Arbeitsresultate gemäß Spezifikationen dokumentieren.
• Maschine und Arbeitsplatz sauber halten und Zustand überprüfen.

Job description

You will set up and operate conventional lathes independently You will manufacture individual parts and prototypes with precision in accordance with technical drawings You will select suitable tools and clamping devices professionally for each specific job After clamping and aligning the workpieces, you will turn metal parts to size in accordance with specifications You carry out regular quality-related measurements using suitable measuring equipment You check the manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish and correct any deviations during the process You conscientiously document all work results in accordance with specifications as part of the daily production process You keep your machine and workstation clean and regularly check the condition of the machine You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), lathe operator (m/f/d) or precision engineer (m/f/d) You have sound practical professional experience in the conventional turning of metal parts You bring a high degree of precision and attention to detail to the production of parts to drawing Good to very good written and spoken German are part of your profile You are willing to work a two-shift system a valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany round off your profile a family-oriented corporate culture with flat hierarchies attractive training opportunities for professional development secure prospects in a forward-looking market A modern workplace with state-of-the-art technology Diverse projects in highly specialised, forward-looking sectors A sustainable location with excellent social infrastructure
