Zusammenfassung

persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a maintenance technician to service turning and milling machining centres, and to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on drilling machines. You will document all activities and ensure machines run reliably.

You will read electrical diagrams and work to them, with emphasis on teamwork, precision, and proactive problem solving. A valid German work permit is required for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and work to them.
• Strong German written and spoken proficiency.
• A valid work permit for Germany is required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain turning and milling machining centres and keep them in working order.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work on deep-hole drilling machines.
• Draw up, edit and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance and document work.
• Analyze causes and rectify mechanical, electrical or hydraulic faults.
• Replace worn components and recommission machines after repairs.

You will carry out maintenance on turning and milling machining centres and keep the equipment in working order. You will carry out maintenance and repair work on deep-hole drilling machines. You draw up, edit and keep maintenance schedules up to date. You carry out scheduled inspections and maintenance on the machines and document your work. In the event of malfunctions or machine breakdowns, you analyse the causes and rectify mechanical, electrical or hydraulic faults. You replace worn components and recommission the machines after repairs.

You have completed a training programme as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification. You understand electrical diagrams and can work to them. You have a good command of written and spoken German. Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths. A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile.
