Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG provides staffing support for production lines, ensuring materials and components are delivered on time. You will monitor lines, report faults, perform simple assembly, and pack and dispatch finished parts.

Strong quality control is expected as you verify dimensional accuracy and appearance. A willingness to work shifts and basic German language skills complete the profile for this long-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Basic spoken German required and a valid work permit.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Ability to check parts for dimensional accuracy, appearance and completeness.
• Manual dexterity for assembly and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with necessary materials and components.

You will supply production lines with the necessary materials and components You will check and monitor production lines as they run and report any anomalies or faults directly You carry out simple assembly tasks in accordance with specifications and work instructions You carefully pack finished parts and prepare them for dispatch or onward transport As part of quality control, you check manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy, appearance and completeness You have the manual dexterity required for assembly and packaging tasks Reliability and attention to detail are hallmarks of your daily work You enjoy working as part of a team and are keen to learn You have a keen eye for detail, enabling you to reliably check parts during quality control for dimensional accuracy, appearance and completeness You are also willing to work shifts A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
